Gear Servicing FAQ’s
Can you collect my gear from my home or workplace?

Yes – As long you are able to pack it in a box and send us through the dimensions, we can then organise a courier to collect from whichever address suits you best.

My scuba tanks are out of test since a while. Is this a problem?

No, as long as they pass the hydrostatic test and visual inspection. It is typically not a problem for tanks to be stored for a while as long as you leave them pressurised with a little bit of air in it.

Whats the cost of Regulator service kits?

That varies with the brand. In average, allow for around $50 to $70 but it can get up to $150 for some brands. Please note that we do not provide individual quotes for service kits due to the admin time involved. We assure you that we do not mark up service kits so shouldn’t be able to find them cheaper elsewhere.

Will I get a Maintenance Record Certificate to document my service?

Yes, you will indeed receive a service record, signed by the technician who does your service.

How and when do I pay for the service?

Once we have a definite completion date we will email you an invoice which you can pay online via credit card or bank transfer. We do require full payment prior to or upon collection or shipment.

Are you qualified to do scuba gear servicing?

Your gear is in safe hands! We have partnered with wholesale service centres on the Gold Coast and Sydney. Between the 2, we can service anything at the highest standard. All of them are trusted servicing providers and we do not hesitate to let them service our own gear.
